                   – Once cooked, remove turkey from oven and let rest
                     for 20 minutes, reserve all drippings for gravy
                   – Carve turkey and serve
                   TURKEY PAN GRAVY
                   2  cups turkey drippings
                   1 /3 cup flour
                   1 /3 cup butter or margarine, softened
                   3 /4 tsp poultry seasoning
                   salt and white pepper to taste

                   INSTRUCTIONS
                   – Combine flour and butter, set aside
                   – Strain and skim fat from turkey drippings
                   – Measure drippings and pour into medium pot
                   – While heavily whisking, add flour and butter
                     mixture into drippings
                   – Bring to a simmer for 2 minutes over medium to
                     low heat
                   – Add seasonings



                   Sticky Date Pudding with Toffee Sauce              – Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and
                                                                      sugar, adding the eggs one at a time, allowing eggs
                   PUDDING
                   2  /2 cups pitted, and coarsely chopped dates      to be fully incorporated before adding the next.

                   1  /4 cups water                                   Scrape down bowl as needed.
