now.
“Every year, we go in

The property features a
14-foot waterfall, a pond
the size of a small lake,
a massive outdoor kitch-
en and a vegetable garden
with raised beds.
“So many things,” Grif-
fin laughed.
If someone wants to do
all the work themselves,
there are many things to
keep in mind, she said, not
the least of which is drain-
age.
